Yes! If you want an existing product in a color that isn't listed, we’ll make it for you at no extra charge. If you have a brand-new design in mind, reach out to us with reference photos or descriptions, and we’ll give you a personalized price quote.
Since every piece is handmade, processing usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the size and complexity of the item. Once completed, your order is dispatched immediately, and tracking details are sent straight to your WhatsApp!
Select your favorite items on our website and proceed to checkout, where payment will be processed through Paystack. Your order details will then be sent directly to our WhatsApp chat.
Because all items are custom-made or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has started. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately on WhatsApp and we’ll make it right.
